Well it is a form, however as The learned QC mentioned in his article, the warrant is likely to be a Pace Section 8 and that has even more specific questions that need to be answered.

ReplyDeleteNobody knows if the JP who issued the warrant had a legal adviser by his side when asked for the Warrant?
ReplyDeleteEither by his or her side, or on the end of the telephone. No JP would dream of dealing with an application like this without professional advice.
