A Worthwhile Speech From A Top Wig
Lord Justice Moses recently gave an interesting after dinner speech.
Excellent. And of course there can be no criticism for its appearance on a blog, since in no way is the reputation of the judiciary likely to be damaged; rather it must tend to enhance its deserved reputation for independence.
Posts are pre-moderated. Please bear with us if this takes a little time, but the number of bores and obsessives was getting out of hand, as were the fake comments advertising rubbish.
