We then ask for an invoice or an estimate and it is though we have asked for an explanation of the meaning of life. Many weeks, even months, can go by between the damage and the case being in court but still nobody has thought to get some documentary evidence of the cost of the damage. It also annoys me that we hear that damage to a car is covered by insurance, That leaves the victim possibly having to pay an increase in premium because of the claim, they had no wish to make. We never get any evidence of what that extra cost is.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2727871367480602637.post-19752611472655427082014-05-22T10:32:46.731+01:002014-05-22T10:32:46.731+01:00No, they settled for ciminal damage. No, they settled for ciminal damage.Bystander https://www.blogger.com/profile/10211688955428527960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2727871367480602637.post-76671866526215484632014-05-22T09:39:36.695+01:002014-05-22T09:39:36.695+01:00So after causing all the damage did he not take th...So after causing all the damage did he not take the bottle then? I assume not otherwise you'd be talking about a burglary charge. Jimbobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05512198008544824459noreply@blogger.com
